Billy Williamson with Carolina Professional Roof Systems was an amazing advocate for us with the insurance company. Our roof had hail damage in shingles and copper. He coordinated copper replacement and stacked stone around two chimneys. He found the best people for this work and stayed on the job personally to be sure it was done to his and our requirements. He was aware of all the new guidelines for roofing, copper and stone.
Our roof is beautiful and our house is dry! I would highly recommend Carolina Professional Roof Systems!

I can sum my experience with Carolina Professional Roof Systems and Billy Williamson in three words - Educational, Restorative, and Fair. Mr. Williamson Educated me about my roof and what to expect in years to come, He did a cursory inspection and took preventative measures to help me get as much life as possible from my roof, the pricing was fair and as we all can hope for, I didn’t mind paying because of the professional tone Mr. Williamson set via our conversations; I didn’t feel taken advantage of or that Mr. Williamson was trying to get over on me. If you need assistance with your roof you will be selling yourself short if you don’t have a conversation with Carolina Professional Roof Systems.

We were so glad we went with Carolina Professional Roof Systems! They did a great job and we are so happy with the results! Billy, the contractor, was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and reliable.
We had weather damage to our roof. The roof area is quite large, but his crew was able to identify the problem areas that were leaking inside the house behind the walls. Billy walked us through the insurance claims process and was willing to help in any way he could to ensure that any problems would be fixed. We highly recommend this company!!!

Billy and team replaced my roof a couple of years ago. The process was seamless. The crew was punctual and thorough. Billy communicated with us the entire time. Recently I needed a satellite taken off my roof. Billy responded to my request immediately and had this removed within just a couple of days. It is peace of mind to know if I have an issue with my roof, Billy will be available if needed.
